Vişne Madencilik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has established a new subsidiary in line with our goals of growing in international markets and diversifying our fields of activity.
Pursuant to our Board of Directors' resolution dated 20/08/2026, the incorporation and registration of Vişne Chem İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi were completed on 21.08.2026. The registration announcement was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 21.08.2026, issue no. 11649.
Vişne Chem has a share capital of TRY 53,000,000. Our Company holds 60% of the share capital, and Microchem Madencilik Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi holds the remaining 40%. The nominal value of the shares acquired by our Company is TRY 31,800,000, paid in cash.
Vişne Chem will operate primarily in Africa and the Americas. Its main fields of activity will be the production, trade, import and export of mining products, lime and mineral products, and chemical products.
We expect this investment to contribute positively to our Company's operations.
